Two male and two female Mergansers, fishing. Now that Spring is here these birds will soon be gone (they will go to other locations for nesting) - one of the not so good things about Spring. These birds are colourful and fun to watch, they will be missed.

\We should hear peepers soon, probably within a week or two. Lately we have had some visiting pairs of ducks land in the pond, but they never stay.
