COMET WATCH I spotted the comet at 11:00 PM on Saturday, Feb 21st, just southeast of Saturn, with a pair of 7 X 35mm binoculars. It's not very bright but it's definite. I don't think I'll see it tonight. It's maximum brightness should be on Tuesday night.
"Red Sky in the morning, sailors warning." (7:00 AM) With tonight's forecast it appears that this saying will be true.

Now that the sun has climbed higher in the sky the colour has gone and it now looks silver and cold (- 8 C).

We bought Nikki a whole bunch of new balls with maple leafs painted on them, but she prefers the old, well chewed balls that she has located at different places all over the property.
